PRIORITY Terms of Use Effective Date: April 15, 2026  ·  Developer: John Persha These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Priority (the "App"), developed and operated by John Persha ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. 2. Permitted Use You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App • Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party 3. Intellectual Property All content, design, and functionality of Priority are owned by or licensed to John Persha. The Priority name, icon, and visual design are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. 4. Notifications The App uses Apple's local notification system to deliver reminders you schedule. All notifications are generated on your device. You are responsible for managing your notification permissions through your device's Settings app. We are not liable for missed reminders resulting from disabled notifications, device settings, or system interruptions. 5. Third-Party Links The App contains an optional link to a Ko-fi page for voluntary support. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own discretion and risk. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or other harmful components. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, John Persha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including but not limited to missed reminders, loss of task data, or loss of productivity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. 8. Apple's Standard EULA Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula . In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California. 10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 11.
