Important: PeptideHQ is an educational and research reference application only. Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation to use any substance. Please read these terms carefully before using the App.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PeptideHQ (the "App"), developed and operated by John Persha ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Educational and Research Use Only
PeptideHQ provides reference information about bioactive peptides — including but not limited to BPC-157, TB-500, and related compounds — for educational and independent research purposes only. The content in this App is intended to support personal study and academic awareness of published research.
The App is not intended to be, and must not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment protocol.
2. Research Compounds Disclaimer
Many of the compounds discussed in PeptideHQ are research chemicals that have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulatory bodies in other jurisdictions for human therapeutic use. References to these compounds are drawn from publicly available scientific literature and are presented solely for informational and educational purposes.
We make no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, legality, or appropriate use of any compound referenced in the App. The user is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in PeptideHQ should be interpreted as:
	•	A recommendation or endorsement to obtain, use, or administer any peptide or compound
	•	Clinical or dosage guidance of any kind
	•	A claim that any compound is safe or effective for any purpose
3. Subscriptions
PeptideHQ offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock full access to the App's reference content:
	•	Monthly: $9.99 per month
	•	Annual: $49.99 per year
Both plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Your free trial begins immediately upon confirmation. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase once the free trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial expires.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or visit your Apple ID account page.
4. Refund Policy
Because purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple, all refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's own refund policies and are granted at Apple's sole discretion.
5. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial, educational, and research purposes.
You may not:
	•	Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content from the App
	•	Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
	•	Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party
	•	Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, and data in PeptideHQ are owned by or licensed to John Persha. Scientific references and citations remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information contained within it is accurate, complete, or current. Reference content is derived from publicly available scientific literature and may not reflect the most recent research developments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, John Persha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on any information provided in the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
