Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Let It All Go (the "App"), developed and operated by John Persha ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Let It All Go is a private, anonymous space for emotional release. The App allows you to type thoughts, feelings, or anything weighing on you and watch them disappear — nothing is saved or stored. The App is intended for personal wellness and stress relief purposes only.
Let It All Go is not a mental health treatment and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
2. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service
Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or clinical guidance of any kind. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your mental health.
3. Subscriptions
Let It All Go offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock unlimited use of the App:
	•	Monthly: $4.99 per month
	•	Annual: $24.99 per year (includes a 3-day free trial)
The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Your free trial begins immediately upon confirmation. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase once the free trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial expires.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged at the start of each renewal period.
All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or visit your Apple ID account page.
4. Refund Policy
Because purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple, all refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's own refund policies and are granted at Apple's sole discretion.
5. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
	•	Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content from the App
	•	Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
	•	Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party
	•	Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and assets in Let It All Go are owned by or licensed to John Persha. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, John Persha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
